When you contact us about a project, you're trusting us with information about your firm and your work. This page explains exactly what we collect through this website, what we do with it, and — just as importantly — what we don't. We keep it short because there isn't much to it: we use what you send us to answer you, and for nothing else.
When you use the contact form we store what you type: your name, email address, company, the service you select, and your message. That's all the form asks for, and we don't add to it from anywhere else.
One thing: replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote. Your details are visible only to our team.
Drawings, survey data and project files you send us as a client are governed by our agreement with you, not by this page. We treat client work as confidential and do not publish drawings, screenshots or project names.
Write to hectornavarro@nav8aengineering.com and we'll answer.
